For his most recent project in the harbor, this 25 year young artist will reside in AIR until June. At the moment, heís finishing his master at KASK (Antwerp), department in situ3. The contest from which this project is the result, also comes forth from KASK.
Timothy will put effort into realizing a 2,5m statue, made with pieces of concrete that heíll extract from a cooling tower (located at the harbor of Antwerp) at 17m height. The final statue, a sexy stiletto, should be finished in may.
In 2007, Timothy realized a similar intervention at deSingel (Antwerp). As the winner of the art contest about the first stone laying ceremony, he cut a piece out of itís wall, and placed it right in front of the entrance.
