Jaakko Rustanius is the principle of HIAP (Helsinki International Artists in Residence Project). With the spotlight on an exchange in 2007, AIR Antwerpen is inviting him to give a presentation about HIAP's operation and programme. In this context, an open question is launched to local artists who are interested in a residence in Helsinki.
