?1978 (Lysekil)
With plasticine, Nathalie creates a world of innocence, violence, perversion and black humor using the well known step motion technique. This results in diverse childlike "moving paintings" in wich human beÔngs and their negative sides are centred. To combine her images with the right melodies, she uses the talents of different musicians, in the case of her residence in AIR Antwerpen she works togheter with Hans Berg, who also enjoys a stay in AIR. Nathalie graduated at the Malmˆ Art Academy in Sweden in 2002. Some of her expositions were in Bologna (Museum of Modern Art), Vienna (Kunsthalle Wien), New York (Zach Feuer Gallery), Los Angeles (Hammer museum) and London (Tate Modern).
