Douglas Park is an artist, a writer (of literary prose and critic essays, both often connected with the arts), and once in a while a curator of an exhibition. He focusses on the creation of texts, which he then presents as a performance. At OPEN AIR 2006, he presented some of his own texts in Dutch.
